Supervisor at Betonstaal Curacao

Are you a hands-on leader who maintains oversight of complex reinforcement projects? Can you read and interpret reinforcement drawings and bending schedules, lead a team of steel fixers with confidence, and, when necessary, work alongside the team yourself? Betonstaal Curaçao is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Supervisor to join its team immediately.
In this position, you will allocate work, monitor progress, and coordinate with colleagues and other stakeholders on site. You will oversee multiple teams across various projects involved in the placement and processing of reinforcement steel, while ensuring quality, safety, and a professional standard of execution.
We are looking for someone with experience in structural construction. Specific experience with reinforcement steel and reinforcement structures would be an advantage. You are solution-oriented, take responsibility seriously, and know how to ensure that work is completed effectively and safely in collaboration with the team.
