The luxurious Van der Valk Kontiki Beach Resort is expanded with a hotel block with 49 luxury suites. In the new hotel block, 11 beach front suites with direct access to the beach will be realized on the ground floor. On the top floor will be three large penthouse suites with a kitchen and a balcony. Everything is spacious and open, so that there is an optimal view of the beach and the sea from all rooms.
Betonstaal Curacao’s scope of work for the Courtyard by Marriott project includes on-site cutting, bending, prefabrication of rebar cages and installation of the concrete reinforcement for the entire project.
