Blue Bay’s latest crown jewel: The Ridge consists of three buildings. Each building contains three 2-bedroom apartments and two 3-bedroom penthouses. All apartments will have one parking lot, the penthouses, however, will have two parking spaces.
All of The Ridge’s apartments are oriented towards the sea and have a full sea view thanks to the elevated location right behind the beach. On top of that, every apartment has its own private infinity pool! A private stair will be installed to reach the private beach and beach club from the apartments.
Betonstaal Curacao’s scope of work for The Ridge project includes on-site cutting, bending, prefabrication of rebar cages and installation of the concrete reinforcement for the entire project.
